Conversion & Lifecycle · B2B growth

Make the next step worth taking.

As your CRO consultant, I work on the steps between interest, a sales conversation, product use and repeat business. Conversion rate optimization and lifecycle marketing connect the page, form, CRM and follow-up.

Build the first journey or repair the point where suitable buyers stop. More submissions only count as progress when the next step still works.

Conversion & Lifecycle / In practice

A better form cannot rescue a forgotten enquiry.

Conversion includes what happens after the button. I look at the offer, the questions asked, the booking or signup flow and the follow-up that carries interest into the business.

We choose the success measure with sales or customer success. A shorter form, a new email or a different page must help the journey without weakening qualification, attendance or activation.

Conversion & Lifecycle / What I deliver

CRO and lifecycle marketing, from interest to action.

The outputs we can scope together
  • A journey map with the drop-off and proposed change
  • Page, form or email copy and implementation
  • CRM stages, segmentation and follow-up rules
  • A test plan with attendance, fit or activation guardrails

What I need from you: The current journey or intended offer, CRM access where relevant, sales or customer-success input, and available conversion records.

A closer look

The thinking behind the work.

Open the part that matters to you. The detail is here when you need it.

Make booking and follow-up work together.

A simpler form can help, but sales still needs the information required to respond well. I decide with the team what belongs before booking, what can be collected later, and how the CRM and messages carry the person forward.

Explore the Paid Media approach
Follow the result beyond the form.

We check the later actions that show value: attended demos, accepted opportunities, purchases, meaningful product use and continued activity. Page conversion stays visible alongside those quality checks.

Send the message that fits the customer’s next step.

A customer who has completed setup needs different help from one who is stuck. I design email and follow-up around verified progress, including when to stop a reminder, delay an offer or ask a person to step in.

Improve the page. Strengthen the follow-up.

That can include page copy, forms, CRM stages, email sequences, routing and measurement. Marketing and sales agree the qualification needs together, so improving the experience does not quietly lower the quality of the conversation.
