Workflow Automation · B2B growth

Keep the handoff moving, even when the input is messy.

As your marketing automation consultant, I build lead routing, CRM updates, sales handoffs and reporting workflows. HubSpot, Zoho and integrations are chosen around clear rules, recoverable exceptions and an accountable owner.

Zoho, HubSpot and integrations where they fit. A successful run still needs checking: did the right record change, and did the assigned person receive it?

Workflow Automation / In practice

The normal route is easy. The awkward record is the real test.

Missing fields, repeated submissions and unsupported markets are normal operating conditions. I build for those cases rather than treat them as problems someone will catch later.

The workflow needs a visible failure, a safe retry and a person who can resolve the exception. We measure the time saved after review and maintenance effort are counted.

Workflow Automation / What I deliver

Marketing automation with rules, recovery and ownership.

The outputs we can scope together
  • A trigger, branch and destination specification
  • Configured workflows within the agreed systems
  • Tests for duplicate, incomplete and failed records
  • Alerts, pause instructions and a maintenance owner

What I need from you: A sample of the current work, the routing rules, destination fields, system access and the person responsible for exceptions.

A closer look

The thinking behind the work.

Open the part that matters to you. The detail is here when you need it.

Write the rules before connecting the tools.

Before building, we define what starts the workflow, which fields it needs, who receives the record and what should change. Missing data, absent recipients and decisions requiring a person get their own routes.

  • What triggers the process?
  • What information is required?
  • Who needs to receive it?
  • What decisions need to happen?
  • Which steps genuinely require a person?
  • Which steps can happen automatically?
  • What should happen when something fails?
  • How should the workflow be measured?
The customer should notice better follow-up.

Automation is valuable when the right person receives enough context sooner, or a customer stops being asked for information twice. Time saved inside the team should improve the service around the workflow too.

Use the simplest method that does the job.

Assigning a French inquiry to a territory owner may need ordinary automation. Summarizing a request may benefit from AI and a review step. I choose the simplest reliable method for the job rather than add interpretation to every handoff.
